Cheryl Riley is an excellent realtor. My husband and I recently sold our home in Mesa through Cheryl. We interviewed several realtors and Cheryl was the most professional, direct, and really down to earth. We wanted a realtor who would work for us and not the other way around (as past experience with other realtors). Cheryl made professional flyers for buyers during showings, she took my updates list and added beautiful photos to the list and printed on very nice paper, she hired a professional videographer (with drone), photographer and made a branded video for buyers and unbranded video for MLS. The most important thing Cheryl did was hang on to our counter-offer because she knew we had three more showings the next day and told all of them we had offers and pushed to get 2 more offers.
